This course uses techniques developed by and for the Los Angeles Police Department to ensure quick and safe handcuffing for both the offender and the security guard. Successful candidates are awarded a certificate and wallet card. This certification expires after two (2) years and must be renewed to maintain currency.

This course is unscheduled because of the low demand. We will run this training normally twice a year. Next course - probably during the summer or autumn of 2020. We do keep a waiting list and, if you register, we will call you to find out if you are interested in attending.
